After the finished shell is steam dewaxed, carefully check whether there are any cracks in the stone mountain carving shell, and repair them if necessary. The baking temperature of the molded shell is about 820, and then kept warm for 4 hours. The

copper alloy smelting temperature reaches about 1250°C and the pouring temperature is controlled at about 1150°C. The pouring must be even and rapid, and the flow must not be interrupted; there must be a dedicated person to block the slag during pouring.

Immediately after the pouring is completed, use tap water to quickly cool the surface shell, and clean the sand after the casting is completely cooled. During sand cleaning, it is necessary to prevent the casting from being deformed by being knocked or damaging the surface texture of the casting. The sand inside and outside the casting must be cleaned before entering the next finishing process and applying gold to the surface of the welded casting.
