1. Clay sculpture production

③ Fine carving and refinement, the next step can only be entered after the customer approves.
2. Turn over the mold
①First of all, the technicians will determine the treatment method for the surface of the clay sculpture according to various factors.
②According to customer requirements, remake molds of different materials. Such as silicone mold, plaster mold, or fiberglass mold. Several molds have their own advantages and disadvantages. Such as silicone mold, its cost is extremely high, but the finished product it dug out, its effect is good. The fiberglass mold can also be used many times, and the finished product has a good effect, but it has the disadvantage of variability. The plaster mold is disposable and low in cost.
③When making the mold, technicians need to divide the mold into two or more pieces according to the shape of the product. But its purpose is not to damage the mold, easy to install and easy to splice.
3. Making finished products
① Shishan sculptures are made by hand lay-up. Reproduce several unit molds respectively.
② splicing, also known as assembly. According to this, the unit products are formed, and then they are combined into a whole.
